Color Soap: Gans, Hydrosol, Enzymes, Olive oil, Cannellia oil, Almond oil, Coconut oil, Palm oil, Barley grass powder, Pine needle powder, Turmeric, Cinnamon
White Soap: Gans, coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil.

Every color is made of plant extractions. No chemical additions. It uses self-made high-quality hydrosol, enzymes and food-level olive oil and other high-quality oils.

Uses
Color Soap: Facial deep cleaning, whitening, repairing and moisturizing. It also has a GANS calming effect. For all skin types.
White Soap: Handwash, dishsoap and clothes soap.

Shipping Policy

Unless differently specified on the product page or in the product description the shipping time for a product varies from 30 to 90 days from the order payment confirmation. 

Refund Policy

RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

GENERAL

If you wish to return your order to us, you can send us the product or products within a period of 30 days as of the date of reception of your order. Only products that were previously purchased by the Customer on the Website and then delivered to the Customer may be returned to the Seller by the Customer.
Shipping costs included in the original invoice will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

Item(s) must be unused, with all original packaging attached.

The products for which it is specifically mentioned the non-refund condition, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, unless otherwise agreed per case.

In order for you to be refunded, products must be returned to us in a resalable condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all instructions for use and accessories. Products must always still have their original labels.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

FAULTY

If an item is faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Please note that the replacement time will be vary according to the availability of stocked products.

Items purchased online can be returned by post or courier for a refund or replacement.

Please refer to the Return and Replacement Policy above to ensure your return meets the requirements.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

Please choose your preferred return method.

Carefully pack your products in a parcel of your choice. Make sure that the parcel is securely sealed. Use the order number or invoice number as reference on the return papers.

If you are returning items from different orders, please enclose the numbers these orders to the return parcel.

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund or replacement. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
